This commercial animatic was edited on Final Cut in October of 2007. Brent Jones, a commercial director for Aero Film, approached me with an effects heavy project that he wanted to previsualize. He had all the storyboards made up and wanted to see what I could do with them. I took all the storyboard images into Photoshop and created layers based on the type of movement I envisioned in the frame. I then took all these separate elements and animated them within Final Cut. Finally I did the voiceover and sound design to make the spot stand out. I included the finished spot at the end for your comparision.
